Good product couple of major annoyances
I ordered this in early July and it arrived in early August after apparently 3 attempts at delivery and allegedly cards being left. So their delivery agent DPD are useless. That as disappointing. Now that I have it at last I am pleased with it. it is a good product as you would expect given its high price. Assembly instructions are however poor and need to be written slightly more clearly. In use its pretty good and does the job more easily than I expected. It's also lighter than expected which is good. Overall a good product. Would be useful to have a nosey that fires downwards to clear gutters. I can't see that they have one of those. Pity about the months delay. Customer services helpful but ineffective.

Bent on first use
Bent on full extension. Had to strip the poles apart to straighten and slide again. Anodised finish now deeply scoured and difficult to extend.

Great tool
I bought this 4 weeks ago to clean moss & lichen from the pine end of our house and conservatory roof.
Whilst the initial assembly was a bit unclear to follow from the manual the online video assembly instructions were easy to follow.
Once you get used to maneuvering the fully extended lance (especially when working off a ladder) it's proven to be a great addition and well worth the money.

Used it the day after it arrived took a while to set up illustration not that clear but now working fine have used it to wash down all the cladding on my house and it did a great job

Bent on full extension on first use
First time I used it - half way through my wash of my weather boards the top pole bent and now won't go back in to the second extention.
